What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary contact for clients, guiding them through onboarding, reviews, and
ongoing support
Manage client communications, paperwork, and account transactions
Collaborate with advisors to ensure financial plans are executed with care
Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, Right Capital, Schwab, and Fidelity
Conduct client review meetings. Opportunity to close new business with existing clients
What We’re Looking For
4+ years in financial services
College degree preferred
Series 65, Life & Health Insurance licenses required
Strong communication, organization, and client service skills
Tech-savvy; HubSpot & Right Capital experience a plus
