Your Core Responsibilities as the Director of Sales
As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving strategic growth while building a strong, empowered sales organization.As the Sales Director, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our company’s future by leading with vision, developing talent, and delivering results. - Lead Sales Strategy & Drive Growth: Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy that drives revenue, expands market share, and aligns with company goals.

- Strengthen Client & Partner Relationships: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, and strategic partners to boost retention and new business opportunities.

Qualifications as our Sales Director
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years in sales with 5+ years in leadership roles within financial services.
- Consistent success in driving revenue growth and exceeding goals.
- Deep expertise in financial products, services, and regulatory environments.
- Proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Proficient with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
- Required financial industry licenses and credentials.
What We Have to Offer
