What You’ll Be Responsible for as the Human Resources Administrator

As the Human Resources Administrator, you be at the forefront of all of the HR operations at the Chamberlin Group. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: You will oversee all payroll and benefits to enforce precise and timely processing to support our team’s well-being and satisfaction.
  • HR Operations Management: You will lead and coordinate HR activities, manage employee record updates, and collaborate closely with our PEO and other departments to drive company initiatives and maintain effective HR operations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: You will comply with federal and local employment regulations, stay updated on relevant laws and guidelines, and work directly with our PEO to ensure accurate record-keeping and effective employee management.

How We’ll Measure Success

Here’s how we will measure your success as the Human Resources Administrator:
  • Process Payroll with Precision: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for every pay period, safeguarding the financial well-being of our team.
  • Maintain Confidential HR Records: Maintain up-to-date HR records that are accurate and compliant with company policies and legal requirements, ensuring the utmost confidentiality.
  • Manage PEO Relationships: Oversee the partnership with our PEO, ensuring smooth communication, swift issue resolution, and professional delivery of HR and payroll services.
  • Stay Informed on Regulations: Continuously stay updated on federal, state, and local employment regulations to ensure compliance across all HR activities.

Qualifications as the HR Administrator

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, while specializing in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years managing payroll for a small business.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficient with or able to quickly learn payroll management, HRIS, and similar computer applications.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with others and work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail & organization skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive & confidential details professionally.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer competitive pay of $52,000 – $62,000 per year, based on experience.
